Terms and Conditions (T&C)
 

#1 - The original purchaser is the one who purchased our products directly from us or through our dealers.

#2 - For returns to be accepted for any of our products, no modifications can be made.

#3 - On our BBP, the re-purchase price will be dependent on the overall condition of the Capsmart Unit.

#4 - Tampering or removal of the Manufacturer Origin Tag or MOT will avoid all warranties and guaranties.

#5 - The warranty can be transferable. It must be done only by the new owner of the Capsmart by calling our Warranty Department.
